Ive tried everything honestly. everything else works its just bluetooth won't stay connected. It will connect and then disconnect in under 3 seconds I'm frustrated and cannot find a reason why its doing this please help its a Versa Lite.

@Savyg, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth. I appreciate the time spent trying to fix this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
