Fitbit won’t sync or re-set up phone

My tracker wouldn’t sync. I tried restarting the app, my phone, my tracker. Tried turning them all off and on. Tried turning Bluetooth on and off. Tried - forget this device and re-setting up and nothing is working. I’ve tried everything but not the set up won’t even recognise my tracker! Not sure what else to do.

I just shutoff my Fitbit and it was fine after restarting then it paired and started working again

Hey! Thanks for the response. Yes supported and phone up to date. Fitbit team got in touch and told me to factory reset however now my watch won’t turn on at all (it’s fully charged).
