Fitbit won't sync or turn on after one year of having it

When it works, it's great. When you have an issue with it, it's junk and will NO longer work.  I don't recommend the Versa Lite.   Why are they so expensive if they only last one year?

@BirchfitT Sorry to hear of your troubles.  My Versa has lasted well over a year.  Many of them do.  

 

I have flagged a moderator to come assist you and open a ticket with Customer Support.  Since the device won't turn on for you, there's nothing we can do from the forums to further assist you.
