Fitbit won’t turn on / no signs of life

My Fitbit is 2 weeks old, today it turned off all of a sudden & I assumed it was dead, however it has been on charge for 4 hours and the screen is blank. It doesn’t have any signs of life nor did it vibrate etc when plugged in. I’ve tried all troubleshooting methods. Any tips or suggestions? Thank you

When you were charging the Fitbit did you see a progress bar?

 Also try connecting thru a wall outlet, if you are not already.

 And please restart your Fitbit.
