Hi! 
Yesterday my Fitbit Versa just died.. I had 48% battery when this happened. Now nothing is working, it doesn’t turn on, doesn’t charge.. tried resetting it and everything. It’s not even one year old!?

Regarding the battery and screen issues that your Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case a follow up is needed.

I'm having the same issue!! My fitbit is 5 months old. It died, charged it worked all day the next day. Said it had 48% left so wore it and it died as soon as I got to work. Charged it from 230p till 5am the next day. It lasted 30 minutes!! What do I do??
