Help!!! My Sony headphones used to connect and now they have stopped connecting after I disconnected them from my home speaker system. I have restarted my Fitbit and reset my headphones to pairing mode. I use the headphones when running and doing my work.

@Bazinga423 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you can't reconnect your headphones to your Versa. Have you recently paired your headphones to your phone or other device? Try removing it from them and when pairing with your Versa make sure no other bluetooth device is nearby and turn off the bluetooth on your phone.

Let me know how it goes!

I have JBL Mini wireless. I cannot pair it to versa. I’ve tried having Bluetooth on on my phone but the headphones disconnected and tried turning blue tooth off altogether on my phone. Same thing:  no devices detected.

@Cjb89 It's because the buds are paired with your phone. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget them. Then reset the buds and put them into pairing mode according to the manufacturer's instructions. Try pairing with Versa again. Check this help article. If you still can't see the buds, reboot Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes, reboot the buds and put in the pairing mode again.
