I just received my replacement Versa in the mail. 1st one quit working after 6 months. I cannot get it to pair with my phone. It just says....device not found in my phone !!! Have been trying for 2 days !!! Versa screen says..pair your phone in settings app under Bluetooth!!!! It wont !!! Frustrated

Having the same issue with mine. Except I have an S8. I was paired before and now it just stopped. I have tried everything

I have tried to get my s10+ phone to Bluetooth pair with my versa2 watch and it will show up under available devices but won't connect

Same with my S9. Paired initially, unpaired because it wasn't registering my full distance on jogs/walks and then it won't re-pair. It shows as an available BT device as someone mentioned already, but when I select the Versa 2, it won't do anything.
