Fitbit wont turn on

Hi, ive just recieved a versa lite as a birthday present.
After unboxing it, I charged it for about 20 minutes until the logo popped up. I tried to setup the device but it wasn't detected then i switched usb holes and it wont turn on again. Since then ive tried 4 seperate usb ports and nothing is happening.

@albertdinata What happens if you long press the back button? Does the screen turn on? Have you tried using electrical outlet instead of USB port on your computer?

im now using an electrical outlet and ive got the logo again but my phone cant find/detect it. (im on ios 13.1.3)

@albertdinata Good news is your Versa is ok, let it feed for a while. Bad news is you're on iOS13 - since the update to 13 there have been tons of issues with connectivity due to BT changes that apple introduced. These changes have to be addressed by the app update. Nevertheless, let's try to make it work. Uninstall fitbit app, reboot your phone and install the app again. Log in and try to set up the device again. It make take a while to connect due to abovementioned issues.

yeah ive just done this and it doesn't seem like its going to work for now. I've looked at the troubleshooting tips and it seems like I can do what it says as my device hasn't been initially connected. Anything else I can do? Or will I just have to wait for an iOS13 fix

@albertdinata One more thing to try is to reset your iPhone settings ;( but that's sooooo painful. You can attemp reset along with the reboot of your Versa to try to reconnect.
