I have had non stop issues with Fitbit and especially with the Versa. The first versa I bought would only hold a charge for twelve hours.
I got a replacement which has held a charge but the text notifications randomly work for awhile then stop for no apparent reason.
The fitbit app logs me out every day and if I forget my password I have to reset it with a password that I haven't used before in the app (which means I'll forget the password when it logs me out the next day). Why can't I reuse passwords? It's a fitness tracker, not my bank.
The app won't connect to my wifi for whatever reason and it won't talk to my Renpho scale.
Just one thing after the other. I'm not even looking for solutions because I'm tired of troubleshooting, I just want it to work.

Add for the Renpho scale, no the Fitbit AP only talks to Fitbit products.
It would be up top Renpho to send its data to Fitbit. Second option would be to see if ifttt.com would pull your renpho data, iftar will then be able to drop the data into your Fitbit account. I just checked, ifttt will be able to do this.
As for text notifications, check your phone's power optimization, you may need to disable it.
Check permissions for Fitbit app and the phone's permissions_ notifications
Also check the wick settings on the Versa making sure notifications haven't been disabled.
Then check the settings on the app.
As for logging out, do you make sure that thre remember login had been checked. I use the chrome's password service and it fills in the login info, but it would be helpful to know which phone that the issues are with.
Im not sure what I'd ment by the app will not connect to wifi. It is not designed to connect to wifi. The phone connected to wifi or cellular data, the app then uses this connection.
Do you mean that the Versa will not connect to Wifi?
