Fitface clock on Versa 2 paid but failed to fetch

I paid for a Fitface clock face for my Versa 2. That device died, and I received a new one. The clock face loads, but is now requiring payment...again. When I try to unlock it using my Fitface credentials I get a "failed to fetch" message. In the Fitface website, it shows I've paid for this clockface. Please help! I'm pretty sick of seeing the message to pay on my Versa2!

Thanks for the details shared. Since this is a third-party clock face, Fitbit doesn't have access to unlock it. I recommend you to contact the developer of this clock face so they can assist you. To do so:

  1. On the Fitbit app tap on your profile's picture.
  2. Tap on Versa 2 > Clock faces and select "Versa 2" on the top left corner.
  3. Tap on your watch's picture > See all details > scroll down and tap on Contact Developer.

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get a response. Fitbit doesn't receive any payment from these clock faces since they were developed by third-party developers so it's not possible for our team to unlock your clock face. You can select another clock face while you wait for a response from the developer. I suggest you to try the clock faces developed by Fitbit (they are free) under the section "By Fitbit".
