I have tried all suggestions to restart my fitbit versa but nothing is happening. I have had it for just over 6 months and have not had any issues until today. While swimming, like usual, i set it up to record my laps and a few minutes in the blue dot icon appeared. I took it off and when I finished my swim i touched the screen and it showed me a battery outline in red with 0% so i charged it and when i checked it half an hour later it was very hot and refused to turn on. After unplugging it I still can't manage to turn it back on. I have tried all the button combinations but with the screen blank it makes it difficult to know when to release the bottom right button as I can't see the logo. Any suggestions and am I still covered under warranty?

Hi, unfortunately this seems to be a hardware problem. Contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs and they also can tell you if it's still under warranty. Good luck.
