Fitbit versa purchased May 2018, worn ever since.
Some time on Saturday it stopped recording heart rate. No more sleep stats either.
I have searched for fixes online: I have taken it off and put it back on several times. No I don't have tattoos.
I have charged it up, I have rebooted it.
I have even factory reset it this morning.
Still nothing. No lights on at the back.
I think it's broken. What are my options?

Fitbit are sending a replacement Versa. It is on order now.

Hi, @Anthony_hfj , forgive me for asking, but I assume you have gone into the “settings” section on your Versa (swipe left until you find it) and checked that HR is turned on?

Correct, I have done that, both before and after the factory reset.

What if the sensor is broken, as it seems?
Is there a warranty? Or, who can repair it?

I had the exact same issue also on Saturday, stopped recording heart rate and sleep and now charge only lasts 24 hours. I too got mine in May of 2018 and wear it everyday. I restarted it and also did a shut down. What are my options?
