Fitness levels

Hi guys , I'm just confused about my fitness readings , I do exercise 5 days a week , the more I do the lower my fitness level is . I do swimming , boxing and combat class , and small but of running. I broke my ankle last year and according to my fitbit,  I was way fitter lying on the couch for 5 months . Also my husband does no exercise and his is always in the second highest.  Feeling very frustrated  what am I doing wrong .

Hi, your cardio fitness levels is also determined by your resting HR. The lower the resting HR, the higher your level will be. Hope this helps!
