I've had my Versa for a little over a year with no issues. I've actually worn it more over the last month than I have all year. All of the sudden during the night the screen went black. It is still tracking information, vibrating with with notifications and the green light is still flashing on the back. I have tried the 2 button reset it vibrates but the screen stays black. I tried the 3 button reset and nothing at all happened except vibration at the end again. Is there ANYTHING else at all I can do? I also have a blaze that gets worn ALL the time that we've had for almost 3 years with no issues at all. I'm so frustrated that this one hasn't been worn nearly as much or as long and isn't working correctly. HELP!!!

Same exact thing happening to me, mine is 18 months old. I wear it a lot but still, for the price I should not be having these issues this soon. My factory reset did work about a week ago but it was in and out after that, it is fully charged and tracking but screen is blank. I tried to reset again and had the same outcome as you. I called Fitbit support today and they basically told me too bad. It's out of warranty after 365 days and we'll send you 25% off a new one. So my $200 watch can become a $350.00 watch and I can have these issues again in another year and a half. No thanks. Done with Fitbit. And I wouldn't suggest buying one to anyone.
