For those who have received their Versas – what are your thoughts on the feel of the classic band?

 

I have the Charcoal SE (arrived yesterday) & I've only worn the woven band so far. When I held the classic band & bent it in half, twisted it, etc. it felt pretty stiff to me. I was hoping it'd be flexible since FB previously declared the Versa bands to be "new & improved".

 

This is my first FitBit, so I'm not sure if my expectations were just too high. My old device was a $25 tracker from Amazon (actually pretty decent, honestly) & the band on that seems more flexible than the Versa classic band.

 

Anyone have any thoughts as compared to previous FB bands?

Just got my versa for a few days. The classic peach bands are softer and more flexible than my original Blaze bands. They are more skin friendly. I love them.

NMO, I thought the same thing. My slim Edition blaze band seemed way more flexible then this one. I got the SE woven. Haven’t tried on the classic yet. But it felt stiff to me. Gonna try it on tonight

I have the black/black and also feel the band is too stiff. After drooling over the Fitbit silver mesh band, I finally ordered one; it is set to arrive on Friday. Pricey, I know, but I figured the cheap versions of this one on Amazon would just not hold up. I also ordered this pale pink one from Amazon. It's already shipped from China but will take weeks to arrive. I've seen two reviews of a similar one; one good, the other so-so. We'll see. I'm really anxious to get this stiff black (Classic) band off. Would like to find something similar that is more flexible.

I had the Charge 2 at one point and that band was slightly stiff. I have the Versa SE in gray as well - I have not switched to the classic band as I like to the style of the primary band however I do feel this one is stiff. In regards to my Charge 2 stiffness, it did seem to "break in" after repeated use but never actually broke. I assume this would be a similar expectation with the classic band.

Back on the bandwagon; Versa, Pixel 2 XL
