Is a fix being done for this on a software update?  I never had this problem before and it’s been like this since the last software update. I literally haven’t left the floor I’m on and my Fitbit is recording 53 floors so far today. If it’s this inaccurate counting the floors, how can I have any confidence in it accurately counting my steps?  My frustration is great and I’m questioning whether I should replace this device with some thing from another brand. Help!

I am having the same problem but don’t seem to get any proper results when I contact them. Like you I am thinking of getting another device as not happy with other things too

It’s very frustrating… my fitbit is logging more than 100 flights of stairs daily and there doesn’t appear to be any fix being offered from Fitbit.
