Floors accuracy and not receiving notifications

My versa2 is showing wrong numbers of floor counted every morning when i drive to my office it shows 26 floor counted which is very annoying can anyone help me with this?

 

And one more problem 

Not able to get notification from mobile in versa 2
Everytime the app is saying to restart my phone to re enable notification in tracker

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how annoying this matter can be for you. I'd like to share with you that Fitbit devices detect floors with an altimeter, which is a sensor that calculates altitude based on atmospheric pressure.

 

Your device is designed to detect pressure changes based on elevation gain, but other types of pressure changes—such as a gust of wind, a weather change, or opening a door—can occasionally cause your device to register extra floors. Your device registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet, which is the average between residential and commercial floor heights. You can delete the extra floors with the instructions that are specified on our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

 

In regards the notifications issue, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Are you not receiving phone and text notifications or just one of them? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
