I had the big red X data not cleared message for a few months. Today I was following steps here in the forum for fixing the problem but it still wouldn't work. Then I saw a thread that showed how to do a hard reset. After that my versa lite won't turn back on and now I'm at a loss with how to correct both issues. Please advise!!!!

Unfortunately it would seem the factory reset has destroyed the watch.
As it should work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
