Fonts in all apps disappeared

In my Versa 2 no letters and numbers are seen in all apps including settings. Restarting several times not solved the problem. Please help.

I would contact Fitbit Customer Service to address this issue since restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 several times has not resolved the problem. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

On one side note I was wondering if this situation happened after changing your clock face. Are you using a third party clock face? If so try changing it and see if that is the issue.

Thank you for the response. Clock face was not changed when the problem started. Tried different clock faces. All clock faces are working well. But no fonts visible in all apps. App icons are visible.

Have you recently had a firmware update for your Versa 2? I dug around a bit and found this post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-2-is-not-showing-numbers-or-letters-a... It’s very similar to what your describing.

Yes, the issue was noticed after a recent firmware update. Contacted customer support. A factory reset and device setup done. The problem is resolved now.
