Food calories count is not working

Hello, 

i just bought my versa lite. Everything else is working except when I enter food intake, the calories are not showing. I have seen others have inaccurate count. Mine is not showing at all. Food is logged in but no respective count of calories or nutrients details.  
Water cups, however, are showing. 
I have tried shutting down& restarting fitbit and my iphone X but still its not working. What shall I do?

Sadly, I am stumped by this and have no suggestions. I log my food in MyFitnessPal so I am unfamiliar with logging food in Fitbit.

If you don't get any answers posted in this thread then you could try contacting Fitbit's customer support via contact.fitbit.com
