So once again, my Fitbit Versa three has just randomly begun restarting itself. And the thing is, I didn’t even have it on when it started doing that. I took it off to charge it.
This happened several weeks ago. Then, when it began radomly restarting, it was overnight. I was in bed and kept feeling my Fifbit vibrating. I knew I wasn’t getting THAT many notifications. So I opened my eyes and noticing it randomly restarting.
This time, it is once again at night that it does it.
I removed the watch face I had and went back to the generic one. Deleted the To Do list app since I heard some third party apps can cause this.
Honestly, is Fitbit/Google trying to get us to break up with the Versa 3?

Hi @Freelancerjourn - if there is a hardware fault or a temporary software fault the watch may restart and sometimes a syncing problem may cause it.
Using the default clock face should resolve that as the culprit.
Generally a hardware fault can be accompanied by short battery life. If it is caused by water getting in it may also get hot when charging, if so stop immediately.
If the watch is restarting is frequent try turning off the phone's Bluetooth and see if it stops restarting.
In any case after syncing the watch a logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone can help.
Try also a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
With everything refreshed it may be alight again, if not you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can help with the last resort factory reset.
If it is faulty and still under warranty it can be replaced.

Thank you so much. I went under settings under the Fitbit watch, clicked reset, and that helped. Hopefully last night was the last time I will have that issue.
