I upgraded my ionic to versa 3 a few months back but the free sports band has not been received. It was to be dispatched on 29/4/22 but nothing has been received.

Hi, @Grange55 @it sounds like you need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com to follow up with what you were expecting and what you received. Be sure to have your case support number which probably came with your original correspondence with them. This is something the Community can’t really help with.
