Help!! My friends list has disappeared as well as sleep not being recorded and BPM?

Hello @Emmabaker thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you able to see the new Dashboard design in the app? If so, please go to the "Community" tab. In here you will be able to see "Friends", tap on it to see your friend list. 

 

Now, when it comes to your sleep and heart rate, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then monitor it for the next day to check if everything goes back to normal.
