Frozen Screen and Unable to Restart

My screen is frozen, I am unable to charge, turn off or do anything. It is virtually useless at this point. There are no provided instructions for how to turn off the versa 3, I am holding the one and only button down, to no avail, as it appears to be dead. The watch still has some battery life, but after that, its going to be a piece of junk. Help. Please.

Hello @klevlocke 

I understand you have tried restarting your Versa 3. Sometimes you have to try it several times if the first attempt doesn’t work. If that doesn’t work try placing on the charger and wait about 5 mins then try restarting your Versa 3 while it’s being charged. (Again you might have to try it several times) 

if that doesn’t work you I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. Their contact information is here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hopefully restarting several times will fix the problem. Please let me know. 😃
