My Ionic I just got for Christmas died friday..they dont even last a year?!?went out and bought the new Versa Saturday afternoon. Took us HOURS to get logged into the app!!! Ridiculous!! Finally got in but my community of friends does NOT show!! I show up on my friends, but they aren't on mine!! Not a happy fitbit user right now!! Suggestions??
Best AnswerMy suggestion is to contact Support immediately tomorrow. Support reps may not see your issues here on the forum, and they would be in a better position to assist you. If you look at the bottom of the webpage, you can see a link on how to contact them.
