Frustrated with fitbit

My Ionic I just got for Christmas died friday..they dont even last a year?!?went out and bought the new Versa Saturday afternoon. Took us HOURS to get logged into the app!!! Ridiculous!! Finally got in but my community of friends does NOT show!! I show up on my friends, but they aren't on mine!! Not a happy fitbit user right now!! Suggestions??

My suggestion is to contact Support immediately tomorrow.  Support reps may not see your issues here on the forum, and they would be in a better position to assist you.  If you look at the bottom of the webpage, you can see a link on how to contact them.
