Frustrating never stays connected

Settings don't change  work good for a day. Then stops connecting. Keeps saying syncing but doesn't.  Contact customer service go through all their steps. Works good for a day or so then back to not working.  Irritated!!!

Hi @Tresabed - some phones are a bit special but make sure that battery saving is not enabled for Bluetooth or the Fitbit app so they can run happily in background.
