Frustration with music file transfer, and CS was disappointing

I have owned several Fitbit devices over the years and recently bought the Versa 2 which is an upgrade from my Charge. I was impressed I could transfer music files, which was one of main factors in purchasing it. Initial set-up of the device was simple. But when it came to music transfers, it was a nightmare! I won't go into all of the details but I will share after several hours of troubleshooting, resetting and reinstalling, and three calls as well as a handful of emails to/from the support team I became terribly frustrated and gave up. Based on what I experienced I felt the device was faulty and asked if I could exchange for a replacement and was told no, which in my opinion was terrible customer service. Really disappointed the product didn't work for me, but more disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to make an exchange.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear about your issues saving music to your Versa 2. Since you already called and email our Support team there isn't too much I can add about music transfer besides maybe trying a different computer if you haven't done so. Still if you wish you can reach out to our Support team again to see if they have any other options for you. You could also do a factory reset but you will need to setup your device again and then try transferring music to your Versa 2. You can check your Versa 2's warranty here.

Let me know how it goes.
