Ftibit Versa wont turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had this Versa for 1 year now and it had helped me track my activities. Just today, in my hand it stopped working. I tried to restart and it did not work.

I put it on charge and after some time it showed 100%, i wore it back again and it had stopped without notice.

Now when i charge the device it shows 0% and doesn't charge.

I have tried connecting it to laptop, power socket. Nothing seems to work. Any help here please.

@Anviy welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and won't charge. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

i have the exact same issue.  It is the second time this has happened to me.  The replacement they sent me 1 month ago is dead as well.  FitBit will not replace it.
