Hi guys,
I am finding that when I delete a clock face through the Fitbit Phone App, the clock face can still be found on the watch under the 'clocks' app. I have Synced the watch several times, but the clock seems to stay around for about an hour on the watch.
Is there a way to fully remove the clock face from the watch immediately?
Thanks.

Hi @harpo666. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps tried prior posting. It's odd that the clock face remains on your watch after removing it. Just to confirm, is your watch updated to the latest version? If so, I'd recommend to try saving 5 clock faces in the Fitbit app and sync to see if the changes are applied.
If the issue persists, I'll need you the model of your watch as well the name of the clock face that has this behavior so I can further investigate.
Keep me posted.

Hi Lizzy,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes I have the latest version on the watch.
I have tried it on multiple clock faces for both an Ionic and a Versa with the same issue. The Ionic model is Version 70.7.14.
It appears the Watch 'Clocks App' and the Fitbit phone App (I am using iOS), do not always match after a Sync. This means it is sometimes difficult to fully remove a clock face to enable a reinstall or just to get rid of the clock face.
Thanks.

I can confirm there seems to often be differences between what the watch thinks it has as clocks, as shown via the Clocks app, and what the phone app thinks the watch has.
From a recent a recent test I added a watch with 4 clocks shown on it [via the Clocks app] to my phone app that showed the watch had NONE, even though they were synced.
I imagine that this is the cause of many of the problems loading clocks to a watch where the phone app says "switching" endlessly.
Would it be possible to keep the watch and phone app in sync always?
Especially as the Clocks watch app does not offer the possibility to do anything but switch, [no delete facility]. And because the two devices aren't always in sync it is impossible sometimes to sort things out.
It is therefore important that the 2 are kept in sync at all times.
Add in the developer side loaded clocks and it quickly gets into a terrible mess where neither watch, Clocks app or phone app knows what's going on or can do anything about it without a great deal of difficulty.

Further to the previous post.
When the watch and phone app did eventually and miraculously get in sync it went and deleted all the clocks on the watch which I had wanted to keep, with the relevant data they had recorded so the data was lost without any prompt.
So the sync process needs be improved to ask what is to be kept and what is to be deleted, and to make it to work properly.
This was with a Versa, though I imagine the problem is the same with all watches.
