What is the bottom button on the right side of my Versa?

It is an Exercise Shortcut button.  See page 17 and following pages in the User Manual.

I moved things around so the top right button is for exercise and the bottom one is for the alarm. You can make them anything you want AFAIK.

Navigate to the app section on your watch (for me, on Versa, from the clock face, swipe to the left, aka move screen to the right).

 

Click and hold on the app you want to use as top right shortcut . Move it to the top left position on your main app page (the first page). 

 

Click and hold on the app you want to use as bottom right shortcut . Move it to the bottom left position on your main app page (the first page). 

 

(I figured this out, for example, by looking at which app the top right shortcut brought up and then moving my desired app to wherever that was currently located. For me that was the top right on the main app page. YMMV.)
