Hi all - Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? I have only had my Versa for 1 week, but the 3 times I have tried to use the GPS feature with Hike, and walk twice, I looked down at my watch 10 mins later only to see that the workout already was paused less than 5 mins in! At this point, I just ditched the whole thing and kept going since it missed the beginning anyways. Very disappointing! Has anyone else had this issue or know why this is happening? Maybe I am bumping it or something? Just seemed odd it's happened all 3x's within the first week.
Thanks for all your input

Hi there @SunsetRunner, great to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I had a similar experience and turn out it was me that accidentally was pressing the side button while I was doing exercise. If this were your case, make sure to move the band to a slightly different position on your arm, a little higher will do the trick and will improve the accuracy of heart rate with intense exercises at the same time.
If the issue keep persisting, then we are dealing with an unexpected behavior, which I recommend to perform a restart: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Just a heads up, I've relocated your post to the correct board, since your topic align more with our Versa forum.
Catch you later and hope this helps.

This just happened to me on a 4-mile run this morning. It paused it at 2.35 miles, and I didn't realize. I'm super annoyed, as I like to try to calculate how many calories I burned with my workout. I'm also having a lot of step sensitivity issues. It adds a ton of steps while I'm driving or even just moving my arm up and down a couple of times adds a bunch of steps. So far I don't think I like this watch.
Also, I KNOW I didn't hit the side part to pause it. I know I didn't. So I don't see how that would explain it.

Hello @Courtenay_06, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering if you tried to reset your tracker, as I suggested in my previous post?
Also, if the issue continue, perhaps the following article will give you some extra help: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
About your steps are being recorded while you are doing other activities like driving. This other help article section will provide some answers: Will my device pick up steps when I’m in the car or riding a vehicle somewhere?
Catch you later and keep participating in the Fitbit Community!
