i’m having issues syncing workouts (bike rides) i’ll set it up on the watch and wait for it to say “connected” before riding and it disconnects and won’t accurately track my ride. i’ve tried dming fitbit, calling them, i’m not getting answers.
i have iphone 11 pro max with update 13.4.1 and the latest version of fitbit app
