GPS map of run on versa Not showing and distance not accurate??

I just did my first run with my Fitbit I have gps turned in had my phone with me and location services on it recorded the run stars but no map?  I also used Strava and this did record a map and also question 2 Strava had my distance at 3.9 miles and Fitbit had 3.1 why the big difference and which is correct?
