Can anyone help me please?
My Versa 2 does not show a map of my walks in the app, I used to have a charge 2 and it always showed a map but I cannot figure out how to get the Versa 2 to do this?
It’s paired with my phone and Bluetooth is on and my Versa says GPS is connected and my phone is with me on the walk but when I go into the app later it doesn’t show a map of the route I’ve done?
Does anyone know if there is anything else that I need to do to get it working please?

I would recommend making sure that your Fitbit Versa 2 has the latest firmware version (35.72.1.9). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".
Whether you continue having the same problem, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this site in the menu "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?".

You may need to check your setting on ur phone for you gps. And allow it to work with specific apps. I had to do that. Some setting u can select that allows gpsto be used at all times not just while the app is open.
