Hello, I'm using a fitbit Versa 2 in combination with a Samsimung Galaxy A6 with the fitbit app. Today I did my first run with the fitbit app in combination with my fitbit versa (route of 10,2 km, i did it pultiple times before). After the run, my fitbit app told me the run was about 8,7 km. When i looked to the route i followed, i saw my fitbit app did not accurately followed the streets, where my other app did. Looks that the GPS of the fitbit app is not accurate. How can i solve this? This is the main reason why me and my gf bought a fitbit, and when it's not working fine, we will send back the fitbit.
Thanks for the feedback.

Hi @Lindex2310, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear that that your Versa 2 GPS data is not accurate. I totally understand how you feel about this and I would like to help you in order to turn the bad experience into a good experience.
If you haven't returned your Fitbit Versa 2, I'd like you to restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your watch for the next exercise and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
