When I am in run mode, the GPS mostly shows "connecting" and the run data is inaccurate.
I bought versa for running and without connectivity, I am unable to get data for running. Please help me with a solution to fix GPS connectivity issue.

If you are having issues with the GPS connected feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there. Also, check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.

This did not work.
Is there any guidance on having a screen protector on Versa or not, I am just wondering if the GPS signal might be getting interrupted with a screen protector?
I am guessing that it does not matter as so many devices these days have a screen protector, but was curious to learn if you had any guidance for or against it.
