I always track my workouts (specifically walks or hikes) through the fitbit app on my android phone. Over the past week or so, the map data is not saving. When I open the app, the GPS is on green and the red line is there to track but once I start walking, despite the GPS map being on green it does not track my map data. The location permission on my phone is set to "all the time". I don't know what else to do - I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still nothing. The app can also use mobile data as well as wifi.
I never had any problems before the last week, but without map data the app is useless. I never use my watch to track workouts - always the mobile app because the battery lasts longer.
Has anyone else had these issues? I
