I have a versa (1) and have been having problems with the GPS with it on my pixel 3A. It consistently overestimates or underestimates the distance I have run, giving me the wrong pace and fitness score. When I import it to strava and correct the distance, it is usually about 500m out per 5k. This is strange because it doesn't do this when I'm cycling, Mabey its because I use Bluetooth headphones when I'm running that interferes with the watches connection? I contacted Fitbit support, and they weren't able to do anything for me. Does anybody have any ideas on what I could do? Thanks.

Hi @fakeplant, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the GPS tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, please check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks the correct data when using the GPS feature.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
