GPS tracking not working properly on my Versa

I have recently got a Versa 2. I have noticed that when i am tracking my walks the diatance on the fitbit app is more than on google maps when i check the map. I have checked the distance on other websites and they have also been less. There is  a difference of roughly 0.7 of a mile.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the GPS data is not accurate.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your walks and see if the issue gets fixed.
