Galaxy buds not working with fitbit versa

Fitbit, please fix this issue, I spent my money($130) for galaxy buds just to be disappointed by them not working. They connect fine and it looks as if the song is playing but no sound is coming through. I am appealing to you that you please fix this.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with your Galaxy buds not working with your Fitbit Versa. I totally understand how you are feeling. Thank you for letting me know that they connect. I recommend to remove the Galaxy buds, restart the device and then connect them again by following the instructions from this help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

 

I also recommend checking this thread where you can find the steps which helped some users to resolve the issue.

It's time to adress this issue now Fitbit. There are multiple threads about this and only boilerplate responses from you. 

 

1. Inform us about the reason for this issue. 

2. Fix the issue with a firmware update.

I wouldn't count on that happening any time soon. I've asked them on every platform and I either get ignored completely (this forum) or get the usual "check how to connect devices here" link (on Twitter).

 

The problems seem to have been here for well over half a year. If they wanted to fix it, they would've by now.
