Good day

I have a Versa limited edition and it was working Perfectly with my Samsung s10+ but since Friday I've been having problems with getting my whatsapp messages. I've rebooted x2 and tried following the instruction on the other posts but still nothing. It gets emails, other apps but my required Messanger isn't coming through. And it syncs FINE

Can someone help me out ?!😰 it's really frustrating

Same exact thing with my Samsung Note9 and same — since Friday. I get all other notifications just fine (Fitbit, Gmail, Ring, etc) but my WhatsApp messages stopping notifying on my Fitbit Versa on Friday. The above video doesn’t address this issue, the video is if you are having problems syncing everything. It’s just WhatsApp. Incidentally, my husband is getting his WhatsApp notifications just fine and he also has a Samsung Note 9. Only difference is I have TMobile and he has Verizon.

I’ve  tried rebooting (both phone and Fitbit). That’s usually does it but not this time.

EDIT: just uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, still nothing

I have the same problem with my S10. No more whatsapp notifications out of the blue. I even factory reset my versa and it still doesnt work. All other notifications working fine (SMS, phonecalls, fb messenger).

I think there was a sneaky update?  I went into my Fitbit app to log water and suddenly it was asking me to reconnect Bluetooth, permissions for this and that, I had to re-choose my app notifications and I just got a WhatsApp message on my Fitbit.  Pretty sneaky, sis.

Wow! Was getting really frustrated with why my WhatsApp notifications weren't working, told my device was incompatible when it had been working fine! Deleted app reinstalled and voila, working again! Will check the forum next time before contacting Fitbit Chat as they were useless.

Happy that worked for you all!

@LaurenMunro  I felt the same way. I didn't call Fitbit but searched the forum. Found nothing and did my own troubleshooting. Spent an entire morning before I got it fixed and has been working flawless since.
