Gallery not opening

In the fitbit app, when you click on the gallery icon, it used to open up the clock faces, and apps screen. Currently the page will not load anything & is showing a blank screen. And the ring timer continues to try to search for something but nothing ever shows up. This issue has been going on for over a week. Please fix asap! Thank you.

HI @Minjaso - have you tried to clear the cache and force stop the Fitbit App? And also logout and login.

If, so check there is no security software or VPN blocking the connection, and if not uninstall and reinstall the App and redo all the Notifications setup and any special settings,

I have the same issue on my Fitbit sense 2. There is just a blank page. i have tryed to clear cache force stop, reinstalled the app etc... nothing work. 

 

What can be the problem here?
