Having trouble getting Versa 2  out of charger

Hello @3sullivan 

 

If I understand your question correctly it sounds like you are saying your Versa 2 is stuck on charging mode. If so just press down and hold the button on the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logi then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate letting you know the restart is complete. 


If you mean that it’s literally stuck in the charger and you can’t remove the Versa 2 from its charger just squeeze the two sides of your charger and that should release it.
