Hey guys, my Versa time was out of sync so I tried to re-connect it with my android phone but it just wouldn't so I tried a few alternate options. I disconnected my watch from my fit bit app and then the watch tells me to unlock with your phone if I want to access it, which it cant because I have to re-connect it which i also can't. Yes I have tried factory re-setting it with the buttons even though instructions tell you to put it on charge. I really don't want to waste $300, so I'm begging for help. Thanks Jen

I just cannot unlock my versa ,no matter what I do ,it is like being on a merry go round.

@Jenny256. you will need to follow the instructions @LiliyaFitbit posted here.
@feimerm is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account? It is very easy to unlock if it is still connected by following the instructions in this post.
If not please refer to lilliya's post that i linked to.
If all fails, you will need to reach out to support

@Jenny256 thank you for getting back and welcome aboard to the forums @feimerm. I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @Rich_Laue.
