Getting "Max logs entered" error when logging water on Versa.

I've suddenly started getting this "maximum logs entered" message whenever I try to log my water on the Versa. After looking up solutions, I've tried logging out and logging back in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned my phone off and then back on, but none of this solves the problem! What else should I do?

I'm having this same problem- have been for months and months and have half-heartedly been trying to fix it but the last 2 days I've cracked down on getting it fixed to no avail. Please help! This is such a useful function to have and I really want to get it up and running!

I am having the same issue.

I am using iPhone 8+

IOS 13.2.3

Just updated to newest version of FitBit app in hopes it would solve the issue - it has not.

-Updated app

-Reset device

-Logged out/back in

Did everything mentioned previously (besides shutting it off for 16 hours).

Please help.

Thanks.

PS - picked a bad time to ask me to pay $9.99 a month to have access to features I should have included in buying the watch in the first place. Not cool at all.

Hi There,

have you had any luck with fixing this issue?
I’ve started getting this error in the last month.
Thank you.

Hello everyone,

My mother experienced the ‘Max Logs Entered’ issue on her Versa 2 recently and the only thing that helped was a factory reset of the watch

Settings > About > Factory Reset

After doing that you will have to set up your watch again but you will not lose the data logged prior to the reset.
