Getting "Trouble connecting to fitbit.com" when trying to setup versa.

Currently trying to set up a versa using windows 10 but I keep getting the error, anyone able to solve this issue?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you using a desktop or a laptop to set up your Versa? At what point of the setup process are you getting this error message? Would it be possible for you to reply to us with a screenshot of the error message, this will be very helpful for us to check this further.

I'm using my laptop currently and the message pops up when I'm trying to setup after I enter the 4 digit code

I am having exact same problem, cannot connect to fitbit.com after entering 4 digit code

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this situation. Tell me, which device are you trying to set up? Are you using the Windows 10 app in your computer? Have you tried setting up with a mobile device? If you have and you're still getting this error message, please reply to us with a screenshot of it so we can check this further.

I have error on my versa watch. Plus my watch screen changed and I cant get it back. Can't find app on computer.UGH

Hi, I have a Versa that I bought used a couple months ago. It had been connected to my phone with no problem. I tried to connect to Windows 10 laptop so I could load music as I had done before. It kept saying it couldn't connect to fitbit.com, so I restored to factory settings. It still wouldn't connect, then said it was locked.

Very same problem. Windows 10 App -- finds Versa during setup and then says "cannot find Fitbit.com". Very frustrating.
