My versa won't record my sleep and recording that I'm walking 10-12k step while I'm asleep. I'll go to sleep with 200 steps and wake up with 10-12k. Same goes for when I'm charging it. I've reset my versa 3 times already and the problem still persist.

Ok something is not right there. Id suggest you try a Factory Reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About) then set it up again and see how it performs. If no better you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

I would like to know if there was a fan or anything that may have been buzzing or vibrating on the same surface that Versa was placed on? If so, I recommend trying placing watch on a different surface without any vibrations and see if the issue persists.
