The glass face coming off seems to be a very common problem. When one figures out what a Fitbit costs per day before a failure -the decision to keep buying a new one is less attractive. The online chat promises a reply, which so far I haven't gotten. Purchased an expensive glue and tried my best to reattach the faceplate but it only held a couple months.
Are these watches designed for failure to keep us buying new ones? Anyone else have better luck with a different brand? Any other devices compatible with the Fitbit app?
These should be recalled and replaced, not just become junk after a year
