Go to Set up new device but Versa 2 is not on the list

 Trying to set up new Versa 2 on my PC fit bit account but when I choose setup new device Versa 2 is not on the selection list.  Where do i go from here.

Hello @Mefla and welcome to the Help forums.  I see that you are a long time Fitbit user.  If you are trying to setup your Versa 2 with Fitbit Connect (like you did with other devices), Fitbit Connect doesn't support the Versa 2.  Here is a link to the Versa 2 manual.  You need a compatible Android or iPhone.  I am a Mac user.  There are some PC users that say that you can sync a Versa 2 with the Fitbit app for Windows 10 once it is on your account.  The manual doesn't mention the Fitbit app for Windows 10, so I don't think you can set it up on a PC.
