For the last 6 months, if I’m not quick enough to recharge my Versa 3 before it goes flat, it won’t start when being charged. I’m having to poke a toothpick in one of the holes for it to vibrate and start. I’ve bought new cable, too many to count. Tried different powerpoints and tried powerpoints at other peoples houses and work sites. It’s the most frustrating thing because if you aren’t standing on one leg, tongue held right, one eye open and spare finger in your ear, it can take weeks to get it to start. My husband wanted to buy me a new different branded watch, I’ve had over 7 fitbits in over 8yrs and I’m kinda believing it when people say how dumb I was to persist with fitbits. Cost me a small fortune and nothing more than a half price offer on a watch that was barely 12 months old. I still have a watch my parents bought me when I was 16 and I’m 50 in 2 weeks. This is the last time, 43% charge when I got home from work at midnight, 9 hrs later, I missed it!! Had turned off and gone flat. So now I’m doing the usual… cleaning the nodules, cleaning the charger. Sitting it on the charger, move it around a little, hold it back and let the magnetic field take it hoping that will align enough to start a charge. My husband finds it comical, never had a problem with his TAGheuer. As he said, all the money I’ve spent on Fitbits, I could saved myself time, money and rejection from support and afforded a TAG!! Over it!
